We firmly believe at no&more that hydration is the corner stone to good health.
Drink more water
Yet so many people come-up short when it comes to their hydration levels. women should drink 1.6 litres of water a day (around 6-8 glasses), with men consuming 2 litres a day, the average Briton drinks just 200ml of water daily, less than a glass.
Hydration affects every aspect of our wellbeing so much that if hydration levels drop by just 2%, we’re likely to suffer side effects, such as a fuzzy head and a lack of concentration.
Our skin needs water more than it needs a good facial cream, as being hydrated helps to keep it smooth, flawless and encourages the cells to stay firm, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
Very simply skin requires good hydration in order for it to look its best. The truth is, if you’re feeling thirsty you’re already mildly dehydrated and your skin will suffer as a consequence so it’s best to maintain a good fluid intake throughout the day.
